Heavy duty 14ga. all aluminum enclosing a 1 inch high, 4 digit display. Tech Notes:
Display:
• Function: Counts down from 99 hours to hundredths of a second
• Controls: Countdown setting and activation; BCD Rotary set switches mounted on the top of the enclosure for easy access, each digit can be set (MM:SS respectively), and internal 3 position terminal block for hard wired remote switch and sensor activation; Terminal 1: Start/Pause, Terminal 2: Reset to Set Value, Terminal 3: Reset to Set Value and Start (contact us if you need an alternative switch activation)
• Control Input Sensor: PNP sourced; Triggers either the reset to the set value and starts timer countdown, and continues running the timer until object is moved and pauses the timer or starts and pauses the timer for multiple timing measurements.
• Control Input Reset Switch: Momentary contact closure to reset to the countdown set value. Note: will not reset if sensor is triggered. Connects to terminal 2
• End of period: Display flashes 1/2 second ON, 1/2 second OFF once (00:00) end of period has been reached (optional end of period indicators: Flashing count up overage time, ANDON light, tone, relay outputs)
